1.Please add oil to the gears before starting the machine, to reduce friction and extend service life. Cycle chain should be added a little machine oil every half month.
2.The heating system should be dusted every half month with air compressor. The drive part and reducer should be replaced once a year.
3.Please start the motor and make the roller rotate first before heating, to avoid local heating.
4.Please keep the roller rotating for 5-8 minutes after you turn off the switch of heating power.
5.Please clean the roller with water at regular intervals. If you want to change the raw materials, you are suggested to clean the roller first.
6.Please make sure that the power has been turned off after working.
